Trailer park lights

First tow with 2019 Laramie 1500. I have no park lights and I replaced the f12 fuse. Brake and turn signals work but no park lights. Any help appreciated.

Have you checked for 12V at the trailer plug pins? Check the plug on the back side of the trailer plug connection. Turn the parking/running lights on, pull the fuse out and check for power on the fuse block terminals.
If you have voltage at the fuse block but not at the trailer plug the problem is in the wiring. If you have voltage at the plug the problem is with the trailer.

I tried at the plug but no power, I will try at fuse tomorrow. Raining right now. Thanks

4 pin or 7 pin? Some times a 7 pin trailer needs to have wires moved in the connector. I have needed to do that a couple of times over the years.

I tried both of the truck connectors and no park lights from either.

Tried again today and there is power at the 4 prong but not the 7.

if all the pins work on the 4 pin but not the 7 pin, then it's the plug in the bumper that bad. The parking/running lights wire to the trailer plug is same for both.

Ok thanks, guess I need to take it to dealership when I get back home to have it fixed.
