Transmission replacement

Will a 4.7 transmission fit a 5.9 motor both 4x4. 4.7 is 2003 5.9 is 2002 ?

Pretty sure they won't. 4.7 has the 45rfe trend. 5.9 will be 46re.

My local junkyard will give you an interchange list. Give them a call and tell them you are wanting to buy from them and tell them you are local the guy at the counter will do a lookup for you and let you know everything that will fit your truck. It’s chesterfield auto parts in Richmond Virginia. Maybe your local junkyard has a similar system. I used to work for these guys highly recommend them ask about shipping and pulling the part. $100 to pull and $100 for a trans with a free 30 day warranty or a few extra bucks for a 90 day warranty.
