Transmission overheat

The check valve is deleted but the trani still overheats granted it takes longer to overheat now that the check valve been removed

A stupid question or two.

Radiator coolant full?

Trans fluid full?

I have never heard of it but is it possible for the need to "burp" the system?

Tranny lines clogged?

What about replacing the trans cooler I believe the factory ones are notoriously undersized anyway or at the very least ineffective making an aftermarket one a good idea.
