Trouble codes

2012 1500 4.7 4x4 went to start it the other day and the dash was lit up with several warning lights and messages. Abs, service 4x4, trailer brake fault, the factory brake controler says cf on the readout. Truck will npt release from park while running. Have to put it in neutral then start the motor. Will go into 4high but not low range. Had a used transmission and tcase put in about 500 miles ago. Drove 200 miles the day before this started with no issues.

Figure it's a ground issue somewhere where to start looking or any other ideas?

I Disconnected the battery and let it sit for a few days. This morning Disconnected anything not factory from the battery and fuse block. Truck has aftermarket market sound,heated seats switches for lights and my winch. No change with those disconnected. Nothing shorted in those circuits that I could find.

Checked wheel speed sensors and all grounds under the truck I could find nothing broken or missing. Speedometer is not working as well changed the transmission speed sensors still no Speedometer and all lights still on the dash. Me small code reader shows no active codes by has 2 stored codes for lost communication with class 2 serial device.
