Amazon has a bunch of different brands. I just got this brand for the bed rails, but they make them for the sidewalls as well. I am happy with them.

The holes on my sidebed are single holes, would need tie-down with a molly bolt
Sounds like you have a RamBox bed? I don't think those have the same holes as the regular bed. These tie downs are for the upper holes in the regular bed.
The hole those BullRing tie downs go through is big enough to stick your index and middle finger in. If you have a spray in bed liner, loosen the screw up as much as possible without it coming completely apart. Stick it into the hole and tighten the screw and your good to go.

How to best anchor any 1500 bed tie downs? Reviews seem to indicate that pre-punched holes easily strip with included bolts (OEM rail system and after market cleats/rings). Some suggest rivets; however, what ensures these rails/cleats/rings don’t pull free under extreme force? Is there anything that can better anchor it?

I have these. Fairly stout. Moveable for tie down angles. Easy enough to clamp in place. Rubber padding to protect against scratches.72EC29FD-EB42-4C7E-9A27-440E42CD853E.jpeg

If you are mounting inside bed rails
They come with the RIV-NUTS
you have to supply your own tool either home made or one that is purchased or rented

Home made version
