Trying to update HU RA1

Good afternoon.

I've been trying all day to update my RA1. I'm still on version 02.***.***.*** trying to updated to 05.***.***.***.

When I first tried, I'd get the update screen, choose update, it'd load to about 1/5, then give me an error 13. Figured it may be due to using a 32GB USB.

Tried an 8GB I have lying around, now the unit sits with no update screen, then the audio pops and the unit restarts, waits about 15 seconds, pops, restarts, repeat. I tried reformatting the drive a few times and didn't work.

Retried the 32GB drive with an 8GB partition, same result at the true 8GB drive, boot loops. Any suggestions?

Wouldn't be cheaper & easier to buy an used RA2 ?
