Tuned Down 6.7 Cummins 2018 can and chassis model

I bought a 2018 3500 ram dually 4wd cab and chassis, I have discovered that these models come from factory detuned , I just figured it was a little weaker than my 2006 5.9 due to DEF. turns out I am actually 150 ftlbs torque short and 35hp short, I want my power, how can I achieve parameters in the Ecm for a normal 3500 without affecting warranty

The only way is an aftermarket tuner, and that will void the warranty.

First time I have ever regretted paying for the extended warranty

I would advise you to do what you want to your truck because the factory warranty on my 2011 should have been flushed with the rest of the toilet paper. This might depend on the stealership you deal with but the Dodge dealer I dealt with was a joke for warranty repairs.
