Tuner, Do i need one?

Im new to tuners. I currenyl have a 2103 hemi with 33x12.5x20 kuhmo MTs.
i dont plan on changing any engine parts, only thing maybe a CAI and muffler, would getting a tuner with just these mods benefit? I wouldnt mind seeing some power increase and overall improvements. So is the tuner right for me? if i get it and run these different tunes, do i have to change the gas im using.

will it help my MPG if i drive it normally with a tune installed?

Yes yes and yes. I have one only power mod and that is a tuner. I use it for fuel efficiency and even though I am still dialing it in I have seem a small improvement already. If you set them with factory parts you get the most out of what you have and can have them dialed in for aftermarket parts as you add. The downside is the cost.
