Tuner & new pcm

I'm getting ready to order a tuner & I already have a pcm on the way. When I get ready to install, I just plug in the new pcm & then hook up the tuner, correct? Do I need to have the Vin programmed afterwards?

I'm trying to plan this out if it can be done in the driveway or if I should be at the shop for this.

I thought the Diablo for the '16 came with a PCM. Did you get a PCM on your own?

Just install your new PCM first. Then you can load the Diablo tuner. You dont have to program anything else into the truck unless you are adding custom tuning as well.
