Tuners to adjust for tire size

I'm going to need to adjust my speedo for the larger tires. If I'm spending money for something that will do this I might as well gain some performance.
Recommendations?

Will those tunes work on a stock setup? I see them for modded with heads cam etc

Oh yea. I believe they come pre loaded with tunes as well.
