Turn signals acting up

Recently I installed new aftermarket headlights. With headlights off the turn signals operate properly. The flashers work correctly also. But, with headlights on the turn signals flash fast and the bulb out message flashes on the dash. Four ways work normally tho.
Does anyone have any ideas to diagnose this? BTW, there are no burnt bulbs front or rear.

Are your new headlights LED? That will sometimes cause what you're experiencing.

I appreciate the response. The headlights are stock replacement with halogen bulbs.
