I live in the mountains and there are times I need to back up and sometimes I like to open the driver door to make sure I am not going off the edge of the area I am backing up in or to make sure I am close enough to the edge and mirrors can be deceiving at times. This back up horn on my '05 2500 was turned on during an update that was done and dodge is telling me that there is no way to turn it off. Does anyone have an idea on a way I can disable this? It is so annoying. I don't need to do this all the time, but when I do need to, it has the tendency to kind of bother people. Thanks for any help.
