- 5.9L Cummins Diesel
Hi, new to the forum. I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 3500 with a 5.9L diesel.
I'm installing a 100% new A.C. system. I'm getting conflicting stories on the PAG oil.
*Truck sticker says SP-20 which is PAG-100
*Various charts show both PAG-46 and PAG-100. The charts with PAG-46 show only 2002 that use that oil while surrounding years show PAG-100.
*I bought an A.C. Compressor kit. Compressor label says PAG-46 but they sent a bottle of PAG-100 with it.
Totally confused and after over $500 I don't want to make a mistake.
Thanks in advance.
