U connect

Have a 2020 Big horn. UConnect not working. Even SOS and Maps can’t find a signal either. The Radio works fine though. Does the 12’ screen need a reboot? Or is it the antenna? I tried un hooking the Battery already. No change. Please advice

For $hits and giggles try pushing and holding down the radio power button and the tuner button at the same time for like 20 seconds. Also aren't the uconnect features subscription based after the free trial expires?

i recall something, it had to do with finding a location without a lot of trees or buildings.

try a reset of the Navigation & then drive around in a few circles

I think it is so satellites can pick up the radios signal

Driving in circles is a technique used for calibration of the compass of the navigation system; just being outdoors and in the clear should allow enough satellites to show up. When any GPSr is new (or newly reset to factory defaults), considerably more time is required for it to "see" and display the available satellites. After this is done, it should lock in within a minute or less under most outdoor circumstances.

Hey new to the forum here. I purchased a 2018 ram 1500 big horn with the 8.4 uconnect system. The screen is now delaminated, ghost calling and GPS issues. Has there been a recall posted for this issue?
