U-Joint front shaft??????

Hello I have a 2017 Ram and need a u joint for the front driveshaft 1 parts store says I have to buy a new shaft the other says the u joint is the same as the u joint in the rear drive shaft. Has anyone replaced the front u joint? Part #

Just pull it and measure it.

You can remove the front u joint, but it’s a pain to do since the clips are dimpled and not designed to replaced. If you have not already, I would save yourself the time and headache and buy a new front driveshaft. I installed a 1310 spicer u joint which fit perfectly.
