Also I know with AndroidAuto there settings on the radio for phone mirroring.

You should call Infotainment and RMA that harness. You have the right radio, software and USB hub. They have been known to put out a stinker on occasion. Once you have a new harness post back with the results.

Are you sure auto play was loaded in the radio???????? Friend of mine just got new truck GM - and auto,play is not installed anymore!!!!
