UConnect 5.0 Doesn't Boot When Motor Running

So I got in my truck this morning and started it up, same as I do every morning. Only this time, the radio didn't boot up. The backlight for the screen was on but the screen was black. However, if I turn the motor off, turn the key to all the way to off, then back to ACC or RUN, everything boots up correctly. The minute I turn the motor over, screen goes black again and no radio, bluetooth, or back up camera.

This has happened once before and resolved itself the next day after sitting overnight. I had it in to the dealer for some warranty work after the first occurrence and mentioned it to the service advisor. He indicated the truck was showing no codes so he had no clue what could be the issue.

Anybody else had this problem and if so, what was the end solution?

Wow I had this exact issue happen to me yesterday. My problems with the radio started on Wed morning, when I turned on the truck for the first time. When I put the truck into reverse the back-up camera displayed and continued to display when I put the truck back into drive. What happened since this post? I just put in an appointment with my dealer.
