Uconnect 8.4 not registering

Ok so I upgrade to th 8.4 in my tradesman, everything work great and love the upgrade. But when I try and use the Uconnect feature it won’t connect and I get a error 111. Is this feature not available on the slt and tradesman? I thought I read some where that if 8 don’t have the 911/assist mt truck was not capable. The app icon shows 3g

]If your truck didn't come from the factory with an 8.4 , FCA will not let you use their uConnect services/network, app, etc.

The Cellular modem in the radio they pay a monthly fee on is tied to the original VIN and it's pretty much a white unicorn to get anyone through a dealer/warranty info center (WiC), uConnect to allow it to happen.
