UConnect is ******* me off!!!!

My Uconnect 8.4 keeps losing my 5 favorite phone numbers. I have had to re enter them over a dozen times. Sometimes they will stay for a day, sometimes a week or so. I called Uconnect and they say it's not a software app issue, it's the truck itself. Gave me a case number and was told I would get a call within 2 days. Never heard from anyone.

I did some research and found this is a common problem with alot of FCA vehicles. A few people said it's a faulty Bluetooth module in the radio. Guess I have to bring it to the dealer.

Anyone else have this problem????

A coworker has a new Grand Cherokee that is doing the same thing with radio station presets. They have had it in the shop 6 times (last I heard) and have even replaced the radio....

A couple days ago the newest gremlin was with the fuel economy gauge. They were on the interstate with the cruise set, and the mileage was jumping back and forth from 20-something to 99.....

They are about done with that vehicle.

I get the same thing even using a USB cable. These stock radios seem to be severely underpowered when it comes to processing and data transfer.
