Uconnect

Hi all I have a 2013 ram with a 8.4 uconnect radio that needs an update that it never had on. I called and emailed uconnect and they told me that my radio is up to date but my radio software is still 14- something. You guy know of anyone besides the dealer that can update this radio. Or if someone have a flash drive that I can Is purchased from. Thanks.

It very well could be up to date. Uconnect updates are radio/vin specific. There may not be any further updates for your radio. I have a 2016 and the Uconnect has not had an update since 2017.
