Typically occurs when an Android phone connects and fails in some way to allow all interoperability features to function. You can try updating to 39.6

Do I have a chance of getting mine updated? It was initially delivered in Canada but it lives in the USA now. Stelantis has corrected it but they couldn't tell me if the radio can be updated.

You have the latest software available for the Canadian radio. What did you keen by "Stelllantis corrected it"?

I'd really like to update the map software but am not able to through UConnect. Suggestions?

I believe updating your maps via UConnect is a waist of money. THey are often a year or two out of date and overpriced. If you haven't used the Android Auto or Apple Carplay features with your phone plugged in, try that first before getting the map updates. You can use the map apps integrated into your phone on the radio screen (and they are always up-to-date for free)

I was not the original owner. I purchased in the US.

Phone apps can download offline maps and don't rely on cellular data when in a dead zone (they use the onboard GPS receiver). Far more robust then the integrated navigation.

Send me a PM with your gmail address and I'll send you the update files. You are currently on UCQ v19.9 (looks like it has never received an update). You'll need two or three updates to bring it up-to-date.

2018 ram paired to iso and I’m having an issue where the call I’m on gets a poor connection after a few min sometimes sooner but can switch to phone and it is fine. I’m wondering if there is an update or if mine is fully up to date already. I have never to my knowledge updated it since new, dealer said (without looking at it) it needs radio replaced, I read somewhere when adding device on Bluetooth, it will cause issues if you don’t allow access to phone book, but before I remove and reset for the third time I was hoping to verify if I need an update or not
