HAHA!!!! No this was around 7ish at night, if I did that early am I wouldnt have to worry about the neighbors as I am pretty sure my wife would have killed me.

Sounds really good. So now that you have had the cam in for a little while, what do you think of it?

If you have the supporting mods to run it the 268 is a nice cam and I thuroughly enjoy it. It pulls real good from about 3000rpm up to 6500. I just wish it had a little more lowend on it than it does. If it had some more tq in the 2500-4000rpm range for regular everyday acceleration but kept the mid-top end power it has in the 3000-6500rpm range when you really get on it I would be in heaven. May have to bump the stall up from a 2800 to a 3000.

Get with your intstaller and ask him about the adjustable timing set. You can advance it to move the power down in the RPM range. Sam would be the best guy to check with about that cam in your truck, he had alot of seat time in his with a similar setup and held the 1/8 mile title forever.

I haven't heard good things about adjusting the timing with the 268 the 6.1 yes but I thought the 268 was to aggressive to bump up a degree

Shoot Sawcut 64 a PM and ask his thoughts on your current setup, he dosent get on here as much but checks his PMs pretty often.
