Upper Controil Arm Bolts wont allign!

Having trouble installing the upper Control arm on my 03 Ram2500, Cannot get the bolt holes to allign and get the bolt in.
Do I have to jack up the truck to install them? I have been trying for the past 2 days just under the truck and on ramps.
Please help.. Do I need to jack it up anywhere on the axle or something else? I just don't get why the holes will not line up.

Are the UCA’s on the correct sides? Don’t feel bad it happens a lot here.
You may need to take it apart and start over. I’ve had to do this a few times before.
Can you post up some pics so we can see better to help you

Both Upper Control Arms are the same part number --I will post the pics of hoes not lining up when I get home from work.
