Is the Audio Control LC2i Pro an amp for the radio?

No it's a line level output converter with a few added features that are nice to have. It's to connect an amp to the oem radio

The guy didn't know what he had... I kept going back and forth with him to get the color code.

Just beware, there's alot of brown ones on there that the listing makes them seem grey or black...
