Urgent - trying to track down the front cv axle part for my 98 Ram

Hi! Part way through the job of replacing ujoints and bearings on my 98 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 and the front cv axles need replacing. Can anybody point me in the right direction to find one online? No local shops seem to have any in stock.

Quick search for “98 Dodge Ram 1500 Dana 44 axle shaft” yields several reasonably priced options.

However, the shaft in your pic looks fine, what is wrong with them that they need replaced? Usually axle shafts, unless abused, really don’t wear out.

Thread's a bit old i know and the problem is likely fixed by now but for anybody that reads this later, the part needed is called the stub shaft. They're not CV Axles and searching that will get you nothing
