Valve Stem Extensions for inside rear wheels?

Any recommendations for valve stem extensions for the inside wheels on DRW 3500? I'm looking at these:

I bought a set of each, not here yet, I'll post when received.

I used some extensions on my dually for a while. Ended up taking them off, because I figured they would fail on me w/o warning. Luckily they never failed. Hardly ever had to add air to the tires anyway normally. Decided to annually remove the wheels for a good cleaning. added air at that time.
