Vararam Sucks

Not happy with my Veraram intake. I’ve only had it on the truck maybe a year and both wing nuts have broken through. No, I did not over tighten them. In fact, I lost one of the wing nuts cause I had it to loose at one point and I had to replace it. I got a hold of Vera ram and they wanted me to pay $70 just for that lid.

Mines been on for about the same time with zero issues. As mentioned above by British Bulldog, I’d try the washer fix as well.

A visit to ACE Hardware, or the like should do

I've had mine on for about 5 years or so and I had to "kit bash" mine to work on my older 3rd gen for which they are not offered (air grabber), but it's holding up great.
Too bad because these are great CAI's.
$70 is what the lid sells for also.

The only complaint I have heard is here in the north, it will suck in snow during heavy snow storms.

That’s the only problem I haven’t had.
