VB#3 Notification

Just received today 12/10/19 a USB from FCA to upgrade my U Connect.
Has anyone done this yet? if so did it mess anything up?
By what I see it has something to do with GPS and Nav.
I do not have navigation active in my truck, do I still need to do this?

Theres a thread pinned at the top of this forum with all the info youll ever want.

Its nav related and needed in order for your gps and clock to work correctly.

If you font have nav enabled, you csn probably get by without the update.

Most people have had no trouble with the update. There have been a few issues though.

Look at the thread above titled:

ROLL-UP INFO: FOTA 18.11.x & uC D/L 18.45.01 SW Update 13-17 RA3/Vp3-NA & Ra4 VP4-NA

Or any other thread that says: "uconnect update" in the title.
