You can search for the part on used car part sites which aggregate salvage yard listings. I bought my 8.4 for my 2018 that way and got a good deal. They even shipped it.

Don't fall for someone who PMs you that they have one or have a friend with one, especially if they are a new member. You should rely on a recent set of pictures from the seller who places the information required to post for sale in this forum. That protects you as you know they actually have it for sale.

Good luck.

There's this new part but that seems pretty steep, for that price you could upgrade to the newer version that has Carplay/Android Auto.

You can also search on car-part.com and see the junkyard listings near you, they'll usually have a grade for part quality on the listings.

Danielmid, that same site will refurbish mine for $300. I am going that route after the new year.

Sounds like a good deal and probably the easiest route, good find.
