Several weeks ago my son noticed water intrusion on the rear window, passenger side, during heavy rain. I sealed the rear window and replaced the seal on the cab break light. I removed the channel strips on the roof to make sure no holes. The truck remained dry, then yesterday I notice moisture build up in the cab. Yes, the rear well under the seat was wet. Today removed the back seat and pulled the mat; the pics tell the story of what I found. It appears this has been recent, but recurring. No rust on the floor, but there was a nice growth of mold which I eliminated by removing the rear liner. So, two things: (1) if you have had a leak, pull the mat, and (2) besides the window and the brake light, where else can water intrusion occur that would we the floor and mat under the seat, and cause pooling under the rear passenger seat? The diver rear was damp, but not the degree of the passenger rear.
