So you emailed Solution not Shine Supply? Their products stand there own. Jermey is a great dude. One example. So I order my oldest boy a t shirt for his birthday. They sent the wrong size. I emailed them about the mix up. I got a phone call in a few hours tell me they were sorry and rush shipped my the correct size. They also threw in some swag. Great company and products.

@shrubs I will say this about shine supply solution. My kid got spaghetti sauce all over his polo for school yesterday. I sprayed solution on the stain used a microfiber towel and then threw it in the washing machine. Stain came right out.

Not only do the 3rd brake light leak but sliding rear windows are also known to leak . The plastic frame cracks and the leaks , my 16 never leaked until hurricane Fiona came and the next day my headliner was soaked .

When I bought my Ram I had the same but with heavy smoke damage as well. Before and after picture. Spray bottle with simple green and carpet cleaner. I didn't saturate the area just wetted and used a green scotchbright on it.

Just spray it directly on and agitate it with a microfiber towel. It may take 1-3 times, but it took it right out.
