So you emailed Solution not Shine Supply? Their products stand there own. Jermey is a great dude. One example. So I order my oldest boy a t shirt for his birthday. They sent the wrong size. I emailed them about the mix up. I got a phone call in a few hours tell me they were sorry and rush shipped my the correct size. They also threw in some swag. Great company and products.

@shrubs I will say this about shine supply solution. My kid got spaghetti sauce all over his polo for school yesterday. I sprayed solution on the stain used a microfiber towel and then threw it in the washing machine. Stain came right out.
