Have it rebuilt with some head work and a diff cam. I looked into this with my 03 but decided to completely upgrade and bought a cherry 2018 sport. Guy I was going to have do it said 450hp daily with 50k warranty.

Thanks for the response. It’s just my old work truck though. Probably just gonna end up buying a newer one. I DO like the 2018 models, beautiful trucks.

Anyone want to buy an ‘03 ram with 243,000 miles on a wore out 5.7? LOL!! Thanks everyone for welcoming me to the forum. I changed the timing chain and put a chip in it…..helps a little.
