Weird bump

Pulling into a parking spot this morning I turned the wheels all the way to the left. The front end felt like it was rolling over itself like a rolling bump best way I can describe it. What would cause this? I was thinking the drive axles are binding.

You may be binding up the cv/half axle..check for play there
