I finally got around to putting the valve cover back on. While I was down there I took off the exhaust manifold heat shield to make sure manifold bolts didn't come loose. I found one that I could tell by looking at it that it was loose so I re torqued that along with all the other bolts. Once I installed the drivers side plugs, I cranked it up and other than a drive belt comp there wasn't any noise. Keeping my fingers crossed. I may do the passenger side later on today. There no huge urgency as I can use my wife car if needed

Job well done!

Well... I wouldn't say that yet lol. I started her up today and she threw a code which is pretty random because it's not thrown one yet. It was code P0463-fuel level sensor A circuit high which read is what tells you how much fuel you have left, which makes sense because my gauge is on E when I had over a 1/4 tank in it. I am going to tackle the passenger side plugs tonight (remember I just had spinal surgery in Jan so it takes me longer than your average bear lol.) I also picked up the materials to do a DIY fuel injection cleaning with them off of the truck and fuel rail. I finally stopped being lazy and went and got some fuel for my little heater in the garage. I froze last night.
