I just got home and shut off my truck, and to my surprise the radio stayed on. I’m not sure what to do.

Reset radio by pulling the fuse located under hood drivers side near firewall

Same thing happened to me just after I was alerted to the update. It also locked my doors.It seems to start the update process regardless of your actions to the alert.I did the update and everything seems to be back to normal with no further issues

So, that’s what it was for me as well. Did the update and everything is perfect. I’m glad they figured out the issue with the update.

Yes same thing happened to me and I noticed that thing have changed on my radio like the lines on my backup camera are back on.. so looks like I got updated

Mine did the same thing. Radio stayed on after shutting truck off. Then update screen came on. After update, back to normal.

It’s good to hear that the radios aren’t being bricked any more.
