The drone is too much. It's unpleasant for me or the wife between 55-65mph. The Borla is much quieter at consistent speeds.

I guess since I drive a lot faster than 55-65, my drone with my Carven Progressive isn’t all that noticeable.

Finally got the wiring hardness for the factory inverter finished and installed. One confused call to MPGrimm2 later when I couldn't find one of the connectors and the damn thing actually works!

The majority of my driving is in that range. On the highway over 70 it's quiet.

Dude it's so easy. Do the simple prep and treat it like paint. Just make sure you buy enough. The white is alot less forgiving than the black and it's alot thinner. Takes way more coats. Do yourself a favor and "prime" the flares with the light grey plastidip first. Makes it easier to get good coverage and helped it match almost exact. The glossifier is annoying too. I did a few light tack coats and than WET. Now that I know I like it I'm gonna fix some spots I didn't bother with during prep.

Also after it cures for a few days I get a tire shine gel and use that to wax the dip per se. It gets rid of the rubbery feel to it and makes cleaning it so much easier. Almost like a non stick spray.

I had a flowmaster 40 series and after a while it got annoying. Vibration. MDS sounds ridiculous and the drone was awful. Switched it for a sport one with my buddy. He loves the flow master lol.

I wonder what the Borla sounds like on start up. I’m sure my neighbours LOVED hearing my truck at 6AM on a Saturday.

It didn't matter...on/off, windows open, AC/DC Hells Bells playing at 2 gazillion decibels.

It's deep and throaty at start-up, especially cold. When punched it grows loud and mean, especially with the 5" tips, which I'm leaving on. I just want quiet when cruising.
