Installed Aiflift bags, Washed it, changed the oil, changed the filters. Drained the catch can. Fueled it a few times. Broke 20,000km (roughly 12,500 miles).

how is it you kept the engine cover with the vararam? did you cut the oil fill spot out?
You can run the cover with a Vararam with no other modifications. Just depends on how you run your breather tube either to a catch can or a canister filter. But most people remove them because they hold heat. I left mine on for a while then I ended up removing it to clean the dust and stuff and left it off.

Mine is off. I wouldn't mind some dress up parts, but ya know... money and all.

Painted entire frame and high impact areas of the floor pans with some rustoleum. 6 cans of satin gloss and a miserable morning laying on my back degreasing it. But living in NJ it's a necessary evil. I'll give it a bit to cure and start hitting it with krown while it's hot so it can find the nooks and crannies. Over spray is easy enough to clean off as well, but always something I forget about until I'm mid project and stealing the fiances rubbing alcohol to clean up after myself.

well I got my truck back the other day. so on July 1st some older lady wasn't paying attention and hit my truck spinning me into a curb. well I used the opportunity to upgrade the wheels and for giggles a new body colored grille. I love the way the truck looks now plus im just happy to have my truck back .

That looks like a pretty hard impact on the curb, your frame wasn't bent?

Looks nice. Glad that's the only damage, which looks relatively minor.

Hauled a picnic table home for the backyard. Then helped a Navy wife who's husband is deployed move some stuff since she has a tiny Toyota Carola. The boys are always done to help others and me.

Decided I'd give the truck and bike a quick wash. My ez-up canopy collapsed on itself a couple weeks ago so I was in direct sunlight. What a pain to wash a black vehicle that way. I was working on the "shaded" side of the truck and even still could only do small sections so it wouldn't dry and water spot before I hit it with a towel. I rigged up a flag mount because I didn't see any I liked, then sure enough, Got this one made, and found what I wanted to order. Also ordered a smaller flag. That one is 3x5, the new one is 2x3. That way I can use a shorter flag pole. This one hits low hanging branches in my nieghborhood.

Laughed at the dealer for the $200+ price of the CTD fuel filters or the $320 price for them to do the filter changes. Went to the local big rig shop and got the Fleetgards for $165 and change it myself as usual. Broke down and got the K&N washable cabin filter $40. Scheduled the truck for it's $120 oil change(3 gal of T6 & filter). That's about $30 more than I can do it myself, so I will let them have the fun.

I replaced the rear brake pads today. I almost have 60k miles on it and the inner pads were getting worn down pretty good.

Installed a Dongar Technologies rear view mirror power cable adapter to power my dash cam. Much cleaner.
