Decided to also clean out the bed, and reorganize it a bit. Thinking about a Bedrug bottom, and then mounting certain items to the sides ( shovel, axe, extinguisher, etc).

Few weeks back I ordered a black widow 10" Widowmaker muffler and a total flow muffler delete. Shops wanted about $150 to weld the muffler in for me. So for $130, I bought the delete, cut it up and welded my black widow muffler in. Had to do the cutting and wiring in my shop at work, so wasn't 100% sure it would fit until I put it on. Happy to say, it fits perfectly. Plus sounds amazing. Now, I can sell my carven and probably break even on the mod.
Finally got a decent sound clip of the setup.

Ran some stuff to the dump earlier this week and on the outbound weigh stop without me in it, the truck was at 6100 lbs., that's my drive around weight (not including the full size spare I didn't have with me). That's heavier than I assumed I'd be rolling around at.

Air valve on the hitch for now.

Now have new shocks front and rear. Rebuilt front end and can haul stuff without being nose high.

Replaced 2 tires and had it Aligned on Monday. Then they re-aligned to fix the caster on Tuesday. Rides so much better than with the wore out parts on the front drivers side bushings and ball joints.

Lots of work done, looks good :waytogo:

Any plans for ‘onboard air’?
