Just traded a 2018 Ram 2500 6.4 hemi for a 2019 Ram HO CTD DRW Aisin 4.10s. This is a beast of a truck.

I finally let go (sold privately) my 2001 F-350 7.3 Crew cab 4x4 Lariat, I bought new for $33,900 and sold it for $10,000 with 207K on it. I thought I could drive it for another 5 years when needed, but I recently bought a sweet Toyota Tacoma Off Road loaded up for running around, however once I put tires and wheels on it it never gave me better than 17 MGP highway and I decided to trade it for a real truck. It made sense to me to enjoy the bigger RAM all the time than be frustrated with the mid size Taco. Plus I registered it to a state that allows your trade in value to subtract from the sales tax on the new truck. I'm extremely satisfied with the Limited model so far and I hope this is my last truck as I keep them for 20 years.

Sold my 2017 Ford F-350 Platinum to my brother and took delivery today of a new 2019 Ram 3500 Limited. This thing is amazing!

I traded a 2006 GMC Sierra CC 2500HD SLT3 Duramax for a 2019 Ram 2500 CC 6.4 Laramie. The interior is great, but the mileage is going to take some getting used to. So far I love the Ram. I owned the GMC for 11 years, so check with me in 10 years and I will let you know...:)

I will say the Ram is a beautiful truck inside and out. I would post a picture, but that doesn't seem to be working for me.

I'm trading in my 2007 Ram 1500 with over 130,000 miles. It was the best truck I've ever owned. Waiting on delivery around mid February for the new truck and to hand over my old one.

I traded a 2014 Laramie Hemi with 3.21 gears for a 2017 Rebel, Hemi with 3.92’s.

Like the a Rebel, but miss some of the options in the Laramie. Next will be another Laramie or maybe even a Limited.

I am curious to know what everyone traded in for their new trucks? I looked at some of the new ones and I am not sure if I want to pull the trigger. I have a 2015 Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel with 37700 miles and I don't know if I would trade it. My truck runs great and does not give me any problems. I am asking because I thought of trading for a new 2500 with the 6.4 Hemi, I don't do much heavy towing anymore. I am in a good situation with my payoff and mileage on my truck, it is just getting a dealer to give me a good price for my truck.
Trying to trade my 2015 2500 6.4 w/4:10 and only 28000 miles for a 2019 6.7 Limited. Problem is the new truck is in recall jail and I can’t take delivery until fixed! I ordered my 2015 loaded up just the way I wanted it and it’s been a problem free truck! Most it’s miles have come while towing my 7500 lb boat and my 10,000 lb toy hauler which it has done easily... as long as I keep feeding her! Thought I’d go with the 6.7 just because I know how easily the Cummins would tow my trailers and I have some long trips planned for this year, but it’s the luxury interior of the new Limited that really made me want to switch! Love the new interior!

Traded my 2015 2500 Limited w/6.4 for a 2020 Power Wagon. Basically got hosed on the trade in valuation because of the odometer (100k) and the road rash and various beauty marks from farm life, so essentially I am starting from scratch on this one. Whatever I guess. I'm up to my eyeballs in truck payments again, but it's worth it for me- I have 2 businesses (farming and comms installation) needing a truck, plus rental property I have to maintain and I wanted a single one for all that PLUS to play in.

I traded in a 2008 Honda Ridgeline with 241k miles. Ran great. I keep my trucks for a long time. After 11.5 years wanted a change.

My buddies would always call it a car. Would drive me crazy.

Love my Warlock!

I sold a 2017 crew cab 4 door 1500 Ecodiesel and bought a new crew cab 2019 2500 6.4...loved the diesel, but when hooked up to my 30' Rockwood trailer, I ran out of payload real quick, I couldn't take friends in my truck while towing without over grossing the truck.

The 1500 payload is 1540 lbs the 2500 payload is around 3500 lbs

2003 Chevy 2500 6.0 4.10 rear end. Owned it just over 2 years. Was supposed to last me till after student loan payments but after 2 years and honestly 3+ grand in fixes and maintenance and countless weekends of getting it fixed for the next day I decided I wanna tow far this year and I'm fed up. Only had 104000 on it.

Going to hate truck payments like this but I should get 15 years or so before I need another rig. I should see a good amount of that time without repairs or downtime.

Reason for me is the drag link recall screwed with my alignment causing me to wear the outside of my passenger tire completely bald in about 3000 miles. They told me to kick rocks and I would be left fixing everything on my dime. Planned on upgrading trucks in a few years so just figured might as well just do it now. Very happy with my decision, love this truck.
