What do I do?!

The 2019 sliding rear windows had a lot of complaints
The window frame itself cracked, allowing water to enter the cab.

The FIX was to replace the cracked window with 2020 sliding rear window.
There were no complaints after that

So i would have to believe that it had to be a manufacturers defect in 2019

I just bought a 2019 ram bighorn with 31000 miles 4 months ago and I'm experiencing the leaking back window/ cracked frame. My warranties won't cover this expense. I shouldn't have to shell out the money for this expense since it's obviously a manufacturing issue.What to do now?

Unfortunately Ram Cares will side with what your local dealership has told you. I am not blaming them 100% as they have to go with the rules. I would have liked them to do a little more research when I had a paint defect
