What does this number in the Ram App mean?

Does anyone know what the miles next to the fuel level in the Ram app means? It has remained at 635.7 since I bought the truck in September and never changes regardless of fuel level.

If it is the DTE, that is a fever dream on FCA's part.

The last update was yesterday. The miles and oil life match exactly. Tire pressure matches EVIC as well.

Has anyone found a fix. My 23 Warlock has the same issue DTE does not reflect proper distance. At dealership now to do a factory reflash. Hoping it will fix the problem.
