What height is this Bilstein 5100 set to?

Looks like 2.1 as only 3 grooves are showing

Being told by mechanic it’s been set to 2.8 but I believe you’d see 4 rings if that was the case. But I’m not expert.

Arnt there only 4 settings total? In the highest setting, you would only see 3 rings, no?

5 settings total. If that ring is in the 4th groove from the bottom they are set at 2.1

Id bet on 2.1 as that collar don't cover the snap ring by much and I think I see the snap ring on the left side of the shock in the pic which would be 2.1
