What is this part called?

The driver side tail light on my 2005 Ram has water in it. Will replacing these gaskets around each of the lamp holes eliminate the problem? And if so, what is their proper name so I know what to look for?

Looks like those come with the socket connector plate. I would start with that, looks cheap enough. Screenshot of rockauto.
