What is this plug for?

Was under the hood looking around, checking fluid levels, ect... And noticed this.



Any ideas?

Yup, that's what I did, it has already come in handy. Got it on ebay, with the factory cable. Only thing it didn't come with was a fastener to mount the light itself, I just used a christmas tree type, works like a charm.

Just make sure you remove the filler plug in the one you took the pic of before you try to plug it in... ;-)

Cool guys - I've got to see if my SLT 2500 has that plug - I miss the heck out of the underhood light that was on my 1500 Bighorn.
