On rare occasions, either pulling my 24 ft. Lance trailer or not, I experience a humming sound and vibration I can feel located at the lower front of the driver's side door in the area of the speaker. The most recent episode while pulling my trailer near Carson City, NV. I pulled into a RAM dealer but couldn't look at it for days. A tech did come out looked under the truck beneath the door and said it was related to the two devices mounted underneath and pictured below. What are they and what are their function and are they related to vibration and huming sound

What are they and what is their function

The first picture is a left (it appears) engine damper, part 68356653AC. It helps dampen vibrations. Not sure the picture on right, something to do with computer?

Active Tuned Mass Modules. (ATMM). The tech can recalibrate them. Takes two minutes. They can go out of calibration when the battery is disconnected for a few hours. They mostly kick in on the highway when the MDS , cylinder deactivation kicks in. The control module is under the hood next to the fire wall.
