What is this?

I am one for knowing what parts are under the hood just to be "that guy" so when I was poking around saw this gem, really not sure what in the world it is. Never saw on my 13 but this is pretty prominent under the hood. Has a vacuum line as well as some electrical connections, appears to look like an old school distributor. haha

Before it is mentioned, I am pretty sure it is not a flux capacitor.

Hahahahah to the above posts. Not really sure but it seems to be in the same spot that the etorque might go on those engines equipped.
