how would a 2/4 drop fit with his 22's? still enough space, or would be a little tight?

Wheel diameter isnt as important as the wheel offset and tire size. Tons os guys run 22's with a 2/4 and even 3/5 and 4/6 drops. With a 2/4, the most common tire size is the 285/45/22 which is what comes stock on the RT's. On the 3rd gens, most guys were running 305/40/22's because they had a little more clearance. I ran 305/40/22's with about a 3/5 drop on my 03.

I think a ridiculous sundown 8" woofer or two elemental design " woofers would be awesome I know that is what I'd like to do and it would be more than enough for a Reg Cab.
well, I wont be using their products for personal reasons :)

Plus, I thought ED was dead......i wouldnt even promote their stuff after what happened, but agree, a pair of 8's may do the trick.

I also vote for more drop. That is all your truck is missing appearance wise to make it really stand out.

That Matt, I want too, and I know I'd get wifes blessings since she's having issues getting in now. But already sold my powered sub, so for now, system is in the works...then maybe a 2/4 :D

I have 305/45/22, hence why I worry a 2/4 might rub.

You won't have any problems with the 305/45 rubbing on a 2/4 McGaughey's drop. Mine has rubbed one time in the 7 months that I've had it and that was when I hit a big dip in the road with the bed loaded down with luggage and Christmas gifts and it just barely rubbed then. I'm not sure about the Belltech drop though it seems to sit lower.

hhhhhmmmmm guess I've been living under a rock for awhile. Might be why I could never get an email back from them about fixing a subwoofer lol
