What size tire to run on a 2.5" leveled RAM

I have my truck (2019 RAM 1500 Crewcab) leveled with the motofab 2.5" leveling kit. I also bagged the rear for towing. I want to go with a larger tire, but still use my stock 18" wheels. I upgraded my UCA when i did the leveling kit as well (just to play it safe). I'm torn between a 285/70/18 or a 33/12.5/18. Thoughts? Input? Pics??

Decided to go with 295/70/18 Nitto Ridge grapplers,.... just haven't bought them yet.

UPDATE: I fit Nitto Ridge Grapplers 35/12.5/18 on my stock 18" wheel. I added a 1/4 wheel spacer, and i'm go-to-go.
Keep in mind i also have the 2.5" Motofab leveling block and new Rough Country upper A-arms.
