What to do?

So on my way to work today someone rear ended me. Only damage to my Ram is a bent rear bumper, bent hitch and looks like exhaust is bent.
So is now a good time for new aftermarket bumper and exhaust?
Thinking about going Cat Back system.

Solo Exhaust Delete is the only way to go. Hardly any drone. Simple bolt on no welding! Freest flowing exhaust you will ever find. And super loud either. It’ll damn sure wake that Hemi up.

If your trailer hitch is bent then your frame took a big hit as well. Make sure to have a good body shop take a look. A lot of them will work with you and your insurance company for $ towards after market parts.

Most times the insurance company will pay for the cost to replace OEM parts. In other words, you can't get a betterment upgrade and have it paid for by the insurance company.

But, you can work with the body shop to get the parts you want installed and pay them the difference in the cost of the parts and any difference in installation fees.

I did that with my 2007 MegaCan after an accident:

In my case, it was an upgrade to the SRT hood.

Are you wanting a loud or quieter exhaust system? There are so many different kits to choose from depending on what you are after. The bolt on muffler replacements are nice, but they will not work for you since you are needing to replace the tailpipes now as well.

I like the sound of the Flowmaster Outlaw system from what I have seen on youtube. But I do want to go to 5 inch tips.

Didn't "bent frame" = "totaled" when we were growing up? They (insurance companies) fix (pay for) those now?

Just had mine installed Saturday.
I little drone at 60 with the MDS active but mine goes away at 65.
Can't beat the sound when you want to get on it......[emoji16]
